Janki Rathod is the Legal Officer of the Company holding the Degree of LLB. Mrs. rathod is responsible for the Companies legal matters. She has a good knowledge of Civil Laws such as The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, etc. and has a good command over the Legal Language. She has good experience in dealing with different court cases.
